You can train your brain to retain information by playing brain games. Puzzle and chess are games that you can play to stimulate your brain. Find other online games that specifically help to sharpen your memory skills. They are free and you can have fun in the process.

Bilingualism improves cognitive skills and overall brain function. This is a practical brain exercise that can be beneficial to you in the future. People who are bilingual perform better on standardized tests in comparison to those who are monolingual.
